Ted Fick is an accomplished senior executive. Currently the Chief Executive Officer at LTA Manufacturing, Fick has orchestrated successful transformations at multiple firms during his career—including Polar Corporation. As President and CEO at Polar, Ted Fick planned and executed a three-year strategy that turned around and integrated three underperforming divisions. During his tenure, Fick led the effort to slash company costs, retool factories, upgrade the company’s ERP system and expand existing product lines.
