The firm’s leader from 2004 to 2007, Ted Fick oversaw a significant increase in sales and profitability, and led initiatives that slashed warranty claims by more than half. He also spearheaded the development and launch of a profitable new product and executed a Lean strategy that reduced inventory costs by $22 million.
