Ted Fick served as President and CEO of CPI Card Group—a small credit, debit and gift card manufacturer—from 2007 to 2008. Fick was recruited to drive expansion of the Littleton, Colorado-based firm, and to position CPI for a prospective public offering. In this role, Fick held full P&L responsibility for six CPI manufacturing plants employing more than 1,200 employees.
