As President of Thermo King Corporation, Ted Fick led the design and execution of strategy that resulted in record-level improvements. At the helm of Thermo King’s Americas division from 2004 to 2007, Ted Fick spearheaded a corporate-wide business operating system initiative – one that included implementing a global aftermarket parts and service business throughout parent company Ingersoll Rand’s entities. He also oversaw considerable increases in company sales and profitability.
