Ted Fick now serves as Chief Executive Officer at LTA Manufacturing—a leading and quickly-growing manufacturer of recreational and commercial-grade truck accessories and cargo management solutions based in Kansas City, Missouri.
Prior to accepting his present position, Ted Fick served as Chief Operating Officer of the Raleigh-based Norca Engineered Products—a leading global supplier of steel and iron products for multiple industries. Fick served in this role from August to December of 2018.
During his career, Fick has led successful, multimillion-dollar turnarounds at such organizations as:
· The Port of Seattle, where he served as CEO from 2014 to 2017.
· The Polar Corporation, where Fick completed a four-year contract as President/CEO between 2009 and 2013.
· Ingersoll Rand, where he enjoyed three years as the President of the company’s $525 million Thermo King Division.
· The Goodyear Tire & Rubber Company, where Fick completed two years as VP of Commercial Tire Solutions.
