Ted Fick is an award-winning senior executive with a shining track record in private sector work. He worked with Ingersoll Rand as the President of the Thermo King Corporation for three years, for example, and increased the company’s profitability from 70M to 205M. He also led the launch of a new product – the TriPac Auxiliary Power Units – which achieved 100M in sales within its first year. Mr. Fick’s division won the Chairman’s Award for the launch.
